Used this service for clients and it was way beyond 5-star service on every level. First, the responsiveness. Michael answered numerous questions and many phone calls/texts. I had to make sure all was perfect for our clients and he delivered. Additionally, he accommodated an ever-changing schedule and was prompt and courteous. In addition to this, he is an excellent driver. He knows Rochester and the surrounding areas exceedingly well and gives excellent ideas on what and where to go. A fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this company. Michael was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had originally booked a wine tour with another company. That company unexpectedly cancelled on me 3 days before my trip. In calling around to find another company we found Executive Transportation. Michael had a cancellation the same day as our trip, when I explained what happened he scheduled us right away. He called me to confirm and make sure we were on the same page. He arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled pick-up, the car was very clean, he allowed us to play whatever music we wanted and was just overall wonderful throughout the entire day. My college daughter flight was cancelled and she had to fly in to Rochester instead of Itacha. It was late on a Sunday night in middle of snowstorm approaching. Mike not only picked her up and got her to Itacha safely. He also went above and beyond being flexible on payment and actually notifying me of another student in same situation as my daughter and by ride sharing, saved 50%. He also communicated with me and my daughter though out the process and drive. One to the BEST transport companies in the world and I have travelled almost 10 million actual miles in my lifetime. As an experienced traveler I appreciate the reliability of transportation services. I needed an early morning ride to the Rochester, New York airport. When I couldn't schedule Uber in advance, I found an airport transportation service on line and booked the ride. Michael from Executive Transportation called me the day before my ride to let me know of issues with the company I booked with in paying sub contracted drivers for rides. I called the company to verify my ride and they cancelled me! I called Michael back and he assured me that he personally would get me to the airport. He emailed me links to his company as well as reviews to ease my anxiety and stress. He arrived early, took care of my bags, was professional and polite. I highly recommend his transportation service.

Michael was exceptional during our wine tour. He drove us to the wineries that we had selected and also gave us tickets for a free sampling. He was always attentive. When we left each winery, he was outside the vehicle opening the door for us. He was never on his cell phone, smoking, or goofing off. He was the consummate professional. When we return for our wine tasting tour, we will definitely use him again.

I reserved Michaels service about a month ago and he did not disappoint. He even help me with a few surprises for my significant other and was more than polite he always open the door for me mind you I was in a dress and heels and was even kind enough to make sure I didn't bump my head on the door I am a bit of a klutz.
